AIN's Product Support Survey
AIN Publications asks its readers who fly, maintain and operate business jets, business turboprops and helicopters to rate the product support they have received from manufacturer-owned service facilities and manufacturer-authorized service facilities over the last 12 months. The results of this survey are published in Aviation International News in August (aircraft), September (avionics) and October (engines).
