Airborne communications provider Satcom Direct (Booth No. 4545) has announced its new service plan, Satcom On Site (SOS).
The Satellite Beach, Fla. company said it will offer the SOS package to North American customers in two levels of service. Standard service will include its global one-number 24/7 technical support, latest up-to-date satcom system configurations, access to Plane Simple and ATS position reporting, along with full activation and system setup. As an upgrade, the premier package will also include on-site customer service for technical and IT support, customized training and system installation authorization, along with periodic customized technology and service reviews.
According to the company, an important component of the 24/7 support for both packages is Satcom Direct’s electronic monitoring system. Pricing plans vary according to the level of service.
