Falcon support changes

Dassault Falcon has rearranged its two support organizations for Falcons, combining the eastern and western hemisphere customer service organizations under Jacques Chauvet as senior vice president, worldwide customer service, a new position. Reporting to Chauvet is former senior v-p for customer support Gerry Goguen, whose new role is senior vice president for customer relations and business strategy. According to Dassault Falcon, “Goguen will provide guidance to enhance Dassault’s competitive position in the marketplace and will focus on customer expectations.” Frank Youngkin, previously in charge of worldwide Falcon spares, also now reports to Chauvet in a new position as vice president for western hemisphere customer service. Youngkin, who will continue to oversee the spares business, will be based at Dassault Falcon’s Teterboro, N.J. offices. Pierre Thielin is Youngkin’s counterpart and is based in St.-Cloud, France, assuming the new job of vice president for eastern hemisphere customer service.
