Fractional ownership provider NetJets Europe has launched a dedicated operation for the Scottish market. Jet Aviation is preparing to open a new executive terminal at Germany's Dusseldorf Airport by the end of this year. The Swiss-based group, which won a competition against seven other companies to build the 4,305-sq-ft facility, plans to start construction next month. Jet Aviation has operated an FBO from somewhat limited premises there for several years.
