Jackson Hole Airport begins enforcing Stage 2 ban

As of June 28, operators of Stage 2 aircraft with an mtow of less than 75,000 pounds are prohibited from using Jackson Hole Airport, Wyo. Willful violations of the ban are punishable by a fine of up to $750 and possible imprisonment of up to one year per violation. If an aircraft owner contracted for a Stage 3 hush kit or Stage 3 replacement aircraft before May 28, an extension can be granted to continue operating a current Stage 2 aircraft until December 28.
