Simcom Training Centers last month opened a 67,000-sq-ft facility adjacent to Florida’s Orlando International Airport. The new building has space to install additional simulators and training devices beyond the initial ones for the Citation II, Learjet 35/36, Hawker 800XP, TBM 700, Pilatus PC-12 and Piper Meridian. Simcom currently offers training programs on Citations and Learjets at its parent training facility in Miami. The Citation and Learjet simulators will be moved to the new center later this year. A new Hawker 800 simulator will be operational in April.
