Mireille’s Inflight Catering, headquartered at Long Beach, Calif., last month opened a fully equipped business aviation catering operation at San Francisco International Airport. The 1,500-sq-ft facility is under the direction of Mireille operations manager Eric Youe and offers catering services to San Francisco, Oakland and San Jose International Airports. The operation offers the same menu and services as those provided to Los Angeles-area business aircraft operators by Mireille’s catering at Long Beach and Van Nuys. Company plans include a fourth facility to serve San Diego.
