Bombardier Aerospace announced that MIG Aviation 3 Limited, subsidiary of Greece’s Marfin Investment Group Holdings., has signed a firm order for eight Q400 turboprops, including five Q400 NextGen airliners, for use by its Pantheon Airways unit. The company has also taken options on eight more Q400 NextGen airliners.

Based on the list prices for the Q400 and Q400 NextGen airliners, the value of the firm order totals approximately $224 million. The value could increase to $468 million if the customer exercises its eight options. Last September, the Greek Government announced a plan to restructure Olympic into a private airline. Pantheon Airways acquired certain assets of Olympic from the Government of Greece earlier this year.
