American Eurocopter is holding special training sessions for customers interested in learning more about the Keycopter program, a global, e-commerce and management initiative established by Eurocopter.
Launched in the U.S. in 2008, Keycopter is an update of the company’s previous eSpares system. Keycopter allows customers a more efficient way to order parts and to manage their ordering process online. It provides immediate feedback and response to their orders, and offers the ability to check the status of an order as well as to track its progress.
The sessions will be held in a special “Keycopter Logistics Center” designed into the Eurocopter booth (No. 3128). Keycopter specialists will be conducting the training and will be available to address customer questions throughout Heli-Expo. Customers are invited to stop by the booth for more information, or to register to attend one of the 13 training sessions scheduled at the booth during the show.
