Landmark Aviation has completed its new FBO campus at San Diego International Airport, where it is the lone services provider. The 12.4-acre complex includes nearly six acres of ramp space and 115,000 sq ft of hangar space capable of sheltering aircraft up to a G650. The 19,000-sq-ft, two-story terminal includes a passenger lounge, viewing deck, fitness center, conference room, pilot lounge with snooze room, gourmet café and office space. The facility lays claim to being the first FBO complex built to meet the U.S. Green Building Council’s Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (Leed) Platinum certification standards.
