At NBAA’s 25th annual Schedulers and Dispatcher Conference taking place this week in New Orleans, global fuel provider Avfuel will have a record number of its dealers present as exhibitors. Among the nearly 80 of its more-than 600 branded FBOs that will be in attendance will be the Monmouth Jet Center in Wall Township, N.J., one of the most recent additions to the Avfuel network, as well as new distributors from Canada, France and even Iceland. “Avfuel is so excited to continue to expand our branded presence in Canada and Europe and to be able to provide our programs and systems in these strategic and desirable locations,” said Marci Ammerman, vice president of marketing for the Ann Arbor, Mich.-based fuel company.
Avfuel will also have representatives from its contract fuel division, along with its Avsurance and Avplan Trip Support units, on hand at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center. “Avfuel Contract Fuel has more than 3,000 locations and offers easy arrangement and account management,” noted Ammerman. “Avsurance works with a variety of underwriters and can provide virtually any aviation-related coverage. Avplan has proven indispensible to companies that fly internationally; we have established relationships all around the world and [have] an experienced staff with extensive knowledge of the requirements for operating in foreign territory.”
Here at the show, the fuel provider will be introducing its new Avfuel Pro Card, a multi-use product aimed at businesses and flight departments. Beginning next month, the card can be used at all Avfuel-branded FBOs and at its contract fuel locations. It will automatically process as a contract fuel card at locations that offer Avfuel contract fuel but will act as retail card at its branded FBOs where contract fuel is not available.
Once again, Avfuel (Booth No. 801) will be presenting its popular “Fuel Your Style” promotion on the exhibition floor, where attendees can earn stylish accessories as they interact with the dealers in the Avfuel aisles.
