The annual European Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition (EBACE) opens in Geneva Tuesday and will run through Thursday of next week. This year’s show is the largest yet in terms of the number of indoor and static display exhibitors in the show’s seven-year history. All the major manufacturers will be exhibiting, along with hundreds of component and aftermarket suppliers. In connection with the show, Bombardier is taking its Safety Standdown on the road for the first time. It will take place at the Crowne Plaza on Thursday and Friday after the show closes. All are welcome and registration is free via the Web. As in years past, AIN will have a major presence at the show. This year is one of expansion, however, with daily AINtv broadcasts online in addition to daily on-site print editions. AINalerts will be providing daily updates as well, with an additional issue on Wednesday.
