Norton Property Management, which is owned by Milford Harrison and Scot Spencer, filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy on December 7. One of Spencer’s companies, SBD Properties, owns the lease for Million Air San Bernardino, which the FBI searched in September in a document-gathering effort following a grand jury report that raised questions about how improvements to the airport were managed by Spencer. Creditors include Harrison ($514,000 for an intercompany loan) and the San Bernardino Airport Authority ($343,338 for rent and $75,000 for a use agreement).

An impressive post, I just gave this to a colleague who is doing a little analysis on this topic. And he is very happy and thanking me for finding it. But all thanks to you for writing in such simple words. Big thumb up for this blog post!
