Cessna Aircraft announced on Thursday that the range of its new midsize Citation Latitude is being extended to 2,300 nm. “The additional range is the result of refinement from wind-tunnel testing and other analysis,” a company spokeswoman told AIN. The payload will remain unchanged, she said. Cessna has not yet made the aircraft weights public. The 10-seat Latitude was launched in October at the NBAA Convention and features Garmin G5000 avionics.
