Embraer Taps Filippo as New CFO

José Antonio Filippo has been tapped as Embraer’s new chief financial officer, effective June 4. An engineer by training, he also brings broad knowledge and experience in financial management of large companies. Previously, Filippo worked for several Brazilian and multinational groups. Embraer president and CEO Frederico Fleury Curado said Filippo’s “expertise and experience” will help the growth and development of the Brazilian aircraft manufacturer.
