Bob Hoover, Bill de Decker To Receive NBAA Lifetime Achievement Awards

NBAA will award Robert “Bob” Hoover and R.W.“Bill” de Decker with its Meritorious Service to Aviation Award and John P. “Jack” Doswell Award, respectively. The awards, among the highest ones given by the association, will be presented in October at the 2014 NBAA Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition in Orlando, Fla. The Meritorious Service to Aviation award is given to individuals who, by virtue of a lifetime of personal dedication, have made significant identifiable contributions that have materially advanced aviation interests. The Doswell award recognizes lifelong individual achievement on behalf of and in support of the aims, goals and objectives of business aviation.
