Hawker Beechcraft operators flying to the Winter Olympics and the Daytona 500 Nascar race will have the support of the HBC quick response team. The company has introduced the team to support popular business, political, sporting and lifestyle events that draw large numbers of aircraft. This month, the quick response team was at Super Bowl XLIV on February 7 in Miami and is scheduled to be at the Daytona 500 Nascar race on February 14 in Daytona Beach and the Winter Olympics from February 12 to 28 in Vancouver. “Creating the quick response team to support such events is another example of how we are synergizing resources to improve the value of Hawker Beechcraft ownership,” said Christi Tannahill, vice president for global customer support. According to Tannahill, the quick response team includes the placement of technical experts on-site at area airports to provide immediate support to Hawker Beechcraft owners and operators as they travel to and from large domestic and international events. “The teams have the capability to troubleshoot any mechanical issue and provide an immediate plan for resolution, whether it be on-site or at a nearby service center,” Tannahill told AIN.
