The Geneva, Zurich and Basel, Switzerland facilities of Jet Aviation are undergoing a face lift, with emphasis on the lobbies and customer and crew lounges. Basel’s MRO facility will get a new reception area with customer seating, new customer and crew lounges and business center facilities on the first floor.

According to a spokesman, the company is implementing a worldwide standardization plan with the same design style, textures, colors and flooring in all lobby areas. Customer and crew lounges will have similar colors, furniture and fixtures. Completion of the Geneva and Basel facility enhancements and expansion is scheduled for year-end; the Zurich facility is scheduled for completion next spring. “These facility upgrades will provide maximum style and comfort to ensure a premium customer experience,” he said. “Regardless of which Jet Aviation facility customers visit worldwide, they’ll recognize the Jet Aviation design and feel welcome and relaxed.”

Jet Aviation expects to complete the company-wide FBO and MRO refurbishment in 2015.
