Pilatus Business Aircraft has named Landmark Aviation an authorized service facility for the PC-12. Landmark’s 100,000-sq-ft facility at Scottsdale Municipal Airport (Ariz.) will serve as a satellite service center in the southwestern U.S. under Tempus Aircraft Sales and Service of Englewood, Colo. Tempus is a Pilatus-authorized sales and service center responsible for Colorado, Texas, Arizona, New Mexico and Southern California. Within its territory, Tempus appoints satellite service centers that are responsible for PC-12 maintenance only.

“Landmark has invested in PC-12 specific tooling, parts inventory and Pilatus-specific training for its technicians,” Pete Wolak, vice president of customer service for Pilatus Business Aircraft, told AIN. “Landmark is an ideal location. There are 28 PC-12s registered in Arizona, Scottsdale is a popular transient destination, and SimCom, our authorized PC-12 pilot training provider, is located there.”

In addition to the Pilatus designation, Landmark is authorized to provide service for Cirrus, Piper, Piaggio, Diamond, Honeywell, Socata, Raisbeck Engineering and Centurion Engine. The MRO is also an authorized dealer for Garmin, Aspen, Avidyne, Bose, Honeywell Bendix/King, Rockwell Collins, Aircell, Arnav, Avtec, Chelton, Cobham/S-Tec, L-3 Communications, Northstar, PS Engineering, Shadin, Sigma Tek and Universal.
