Brazilian airframer Embraer has set two more dates for Embraer executive operator conferences (EEOC) following a European conference held in Paris last month. The North American EEOC is scheduled for May 7 to 9 in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., and will cover the Legacy series. The South American conference, slated for Atibaia, São Paulo, Brazil on May 14 and 15, will feature both the Phenom and Legacy series.

The conferences have been heavily attended and the company is developing additional EEOC dates for this year’s second half to meet the demand, according to an Embraer spokesman. Currently under consideration are an EEOC in the Asia-Pacific region to cover the Phenom and Legacy, a Middle East conference on the Legacy and Lineage 1000, and a second North American conference covering the Phenom. Dates and exact locations have yet to be determined.

“Meeting with our customers is of paramount importance to us,” said Edson Carlos Mallaco, vice president for customer support and services. “Because of that, this year we are increasing our number of face-to-face meetings with operators to 15, including mini-conferences with fleet operators and the EEOCs.”
