Airbus Adds Bizjets to Corporate Care Offering

Airbus introduced C4you, a new customer care center for its private jet customers that provides dedicated access to an experienced team co-located within Airbus’s Airtac center in Toulouse. Customers will have access to technical advice on both their airframe and their cabin through a single point of contact and will also be able to benefit from packaged services such as arrangements to implement service bulletins.

A spokesman for Airbus told AIN, “This is a service that we offer to Airbus corporate jet customers, who we recognize have needs different from those of our airline customers. There is no extra charge. C4you is thus part of the worldwide support that we provide to our private jet clients to help them get the best out of their Airbus.”

Field-service representatives based in Asia and the Middle East will complement the C4you team.
