AirCare Solutions Offers Free OSHA Compliance Package
Aircare Solutions Group is offering a compliance addition to flight department training programs so they can quickly meet the new requirements set forth by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration. The new hazard communication standard (HCS) requires all associates in the flight department and supporting departments to be trained in changes to hazardous material labeling identification by December 1.
Aircare has developed simple training materials to address the modification of the HCS to conform with the United Nations globally harmonized system of classification and labeling of chemicals. Aviation managers can distribute these learning materials and a quiz page to quickly bring the department into OSHA compliance.
“This program…does not take the place of your in-house hazard communication program but is simply an adjunct to help address the changes to the standard,” Brian Hayvaz, director of Aircare Facts training, told AIN.
The training materials are offered to the industry at no charge.
