The Gulfstream G280 is the latest addition to Jet Support Services’ Tip-to-Tail hourly-cost maintenance program. The program, which covers the engines, airframe and APU, offers G280 operators a single-source maintenance solution.

“This is another example of our JSSI team working hard to design a Tip-to-Tail program for aircraft right off the production line,” said Kevin Thomas, JSSI senior v-p for business development and strategic planning. “There are a few dozen G280s in operation right now, with many more to come, so this is a perfect time to introduce our program.” The company claims to be the only single-source maintenance program solution for the G280.

JSSI introduced its Tip-to-Tail maintenance program in 1999 by adding airframe and APU coverage to its legacy engine programs. Program coverage includes 24/7 worldwide maintenance support; calendar, hourly and cyclical airframe-related scheduled maintenance; scheduled and unscheduled APU maintenance; airframe, avionics and cabin equipment coverage; maintenance with respect to routine inspections and performance-restoration events and unanticipated failure of the engines; rental component costs; and future mandatory service bulletins and airworthiness directives.
