Brazil Beach Rescue Ends in Crash

For mechanical reasons yet unknown, a Brazilian fire rescue AStar helicopter on a mission near the Copacabana Beach in Rio de Janeiro descended into the water. The rescue crew had just plucked three swimmers from the ocean before the accident, an event captured by a bystander on video. All four people aboard the helicopter were rescued with only minor injuries.
