GDAS marks five years of servicing business jets

Las Vegas; Minneapolis; and West Palm Beach, Fla., were purchased from BBA Aviation to form General Dynamics Aviation Services (GDAS). The following year Gulfstream’s Westfield, Mass., service center was added to the mix, and by March 2003 all five General Dynamics Aviation Services maintenance centers had earned the FAA’s Diamond Certificate of Excellence and each has earned it every year since. In March last year General Dynamics Aviation Services added its sixth service center in Appleton, Wis.
