Jet Support Services and Adam Aircraft have entered into an agreement for JSSI
to provide Tip-to-Tail hourly maintenance cost guarantee programs developed exclusively for the new Adam A500 piston twin and A700 AdamJet. The program marks JSSI’s entry into the VLJ market and the first hourly maintenance program to include complete airframe and engine coverage for a piston twin.
“This is a milestone for us. We worked extensively with the Adam Aircraft customer-support team to put this together,” said John Haskins, president and CEO of JSSI. “Owners can expand their warranty coverage, benefit from our excellent technical support and have predictable maintenance costs year after year.”
According to the company, A500 and A700 buyers will be offered Tip-to-Tail coverage at preferred rates for three- or five-year terms at the time of purchase. The A700 AdamJet program will cover the entire airframe and accessories. The A500 program will cover the airframe and the Teledyne Continental TSIO-550-E engines and accessories.
Key components of both programs include scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, parts and labor; life-limited components; removal and reinstallation; loaner components (including avionics); Service Bulletins and Airworthiness Directives; troubleshooting; and on-site JSSI technical representation.
