Jordan Pape was named v-p and general manager of Eugene, Ore.-based Flightcraft. Previously he was assigned to the corporate finance department of The Pape Group.

Brad Thomann has been named senior v-p of training for Jeppesen/Alteon and is also serving as executive v-p at Alteon. He was previously a line pilot, instructor and flight manager for United Airlines.

Mark Bianchi was named senior v-p of aircraft maintenance for NetJets Aviation.

Bob Candler was named v-p and general manager at Landmark Aviation’s maintenance, repair and overhaul facility in Springfield, Ill. He previously worked at Bombardier Business Aircraft as director of operations for the company’s Fort Lauderdale, Fla. and Denver service centers.

CAE has realigned the responsibilities of its senior management team as follows: Don Campbell, former group v-p for military simulation and training, is now executive v-p of CAE. Jeff Roberts will continue as group president for civil training and services and is now responsible for establishing a company-wide innovation group. Nick Leontidis, executive v-p of sales, marketing and business development for the civil business segments, was named executive v-p for innovation. Marc Parent will retain his role as head of simulation products and will also assume responsibility for the military segments as group president of simulation products and military training services. Martin Gagne, currently executive v-p of marketing and sales and military simulation and training, was named executive v-p of sales and marketing, simulation products and military training and services.

William Holroyd was named director of sales and marketing for Baseops/World Fuel Services based in the company’s Gatwick, UK offices. He was most recently director of flight management and acting director of customer service for a large,
international fractional operator.

Bruce Boyle was named CFO of Cleveland-based Flight Options. He has held CFO positions at Raytheon Appliances, Smart Papers and Wayne-Dalton.

Omaha, Neb.-based Jet Linx Aviation named Jamie Barrett executive vice president and COO. He was previously senior v-p of Jet Aviation Business Jets in Teterboro, N.J. Bruce Tuttle was promoted to director of safety, training and standardization at the company. He was previously chief pilot at ConAgra Foods.

Stephen Hadley was named a southwest regional representative for NBAA.

Dan DeFeo was named operations manager of General Dynamics Aviation Services’ West Palm Beach, Fla. service center. He was most recently service team manager for unscheduled aircraft at Gulfstream’s Savannah, Ga. service center. William “David” Craig III was promoted to director of technical information for Gulfstream Aerospace. Craig, a Gulfstream employee for 18 years, was most recently manager of the technical information department.

Don Roulett was named engine market segment business manager for Lynn-wood, Wash.-based Crane Aerospace & Electronics. He was previously global marketing manager for Goodyear Aviation. The company also named Chris Larsen business development director for its Landing Systems Solutions. He was previously a marketing manager and manager of program management for the aerospace group of Parker Hannifin.

Lincoln, Mass.-based Avidyne named Jack Hess OEM sales manager. He was previously employed at L-3 Avionics Systems, where he oversaw OEM activities.

Arlene Butler Feldman was elected president of the New Jersey Aviation Association. Feldman was previously administrator of the eastern region for the FAA. She replaces former NBAA president Jack Olcott.

Concord, Mass.-based Wingspeed hired James Grace as director of sales. He was most recently the principal program manager for new and existing commercial datalink products and programs at Rockwell Collins.

Lycoming Engines named Oscar Rodriguez regional sales manager for the Latin American team and Ernesto Rodriguez regional sales manager for the European region.

Shahe Ouzounian was named managing director designate of Chapman Freeborn Airchartering and Paragon Global Flight Support. He was previously director of cargo for the company.

Thomas Genovese has joined Mid-Continent Instruments as sales manager.

Buffalo, N.Y.-based Garrett Leather named Elizabeth Young to its sales staff.

Air taxi provider SATSair named Norm Sterret an outside sales representative
for the southeast region of the U.S. He was the founder of InCounter and co-
founder of InFix.

Christine Blair joined the Flinn Zachary Aviation Group.

Dallas Airmotive named Lee Holloway international territorial sales director for the company’s Europe and North Africa team.

Pedro Esteva was named president and CEO of The American Flying Academy based in Fort Lauderdale, Fla. He was previously employed by Gulfstream International Airlines in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., as an A&P mechanic.

Patrick Daniel joined Fort Lauderdale, Fla.-based Banyan Air Service as an avionics technician installing avionics systems and components.

Arizona Piper named Jeremy Brown aircraft sales representative for Arizona.

New York-based Fulbright & Jaworski named Shephard Melzer as partner and Debra Goldberg as senior counsel.
