Raytheon Aircraft joined Gulfstream Aerospace as the only major business aircraft OEMs to elevate the head of product support to the presidential level. The Wichita-based manufacturer named Randy Groom president of global customer service and support. Ed Dolanski, who had handled aftermarket services as v-p of customer support for the past five years, joined another Raytheon subsidiary. Groom joined Raytheon Aircraft in 2003 as president and general manager of its Beechcraft division.
