Dassault has named Jacques Chauvet vice president for Falcon customer service in the Eastern Hemisphere. Most recently the company’s deputy v-p for Falcon customer service, Chauvet replaces Claude Frey, who retired after 40 years with the French company.

Randy Pizzi has been named vice president and officer of Arinc. Pizzi previously served as managing director of the company’s Asia-Pacific division. He will continue to be responsible for the expansion of the company’s aviation-related businesses in the region.

David Almy, senior vice president of marketing and communications at NBAA, has resigned from the association. Dan Hubbard, vice president of communications, will manage the association’s communications programs. NBAA will hire a new person to take over its marketing and membership programs.

Steve Hampton, associate dean for Research at the College of Aviation at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University has been appointed to the NGATS management council.

General Dynamics has named Rusty Cramer general manager of its West Palm Beach, Fla. service center.

Meggitt/S-Tec has promoted Chris Becker to vice president of flight operations. Becker, who served as the helicopter pilot on Marine One from 1985 through 1988, will lead S-Tec’s flight test team and supervise all certification flight testing, STC design and development and customer aircraft service and factory installations.

AirNet Systems has promoted Wynn Peterson to senior vice president of Jetride Services. Peterson was most recently v-p of strategic planning and analysis at the company.

Paul Gordon has been promoted to president of the Vail Valley Jet Center. Gordon previously served as the FBO’s general manager.

West Chester, Pa.-based Keystone Helicopter has promoted Joe Tauber to the position of vice president of human resources and support services. Tauber was previously the company’s director of human resources. Also, one of the company’s structural engineers, Cassandra Lam, has received her FAA DER certification.

Garrett/Piedmont Hawthorne/Associated appointed Jerry Garmon general manager of its FBO at Wichita Falls, Texas. Garmon was most recently the airport manager at Wichita Falls Municipal Airport. He also managed Kickapoo Downtown Airpark.

International Air Charter has appointed Lynne Tucker general manager of its UK headquarters.

Jet Aviation named Thomas Ruedisuehli vice president and general manager of Jet Aviation Singapore effective next month. Ruedisuehli will join Jet Aviation from an executive aviation company, where he is captain of a large business jet and director of crew training.

Craig Middleton has been named commercial manager of Southampton, UK-based executive jet operator Club 328. Middleton will concentrate on furthering relations with charter brokers and the local business community.

Flight Safety Technologies has named C. Robert Wright vice president for business administration and general counsel. Wright has previously served as general counsel of a trade association of mayors.

Roman Bejar was named quality manager of Signature Plating.

Acrohelipro Global Services has hired Clay Sevier as the regional sales manager for the Florida/Gulf region.

Highland Airways has named Bob MacLeod chairman of the company. MacLeod recently retired from his position as managing director of Highlands and Islands Airports.

Ron Mahan has been named chief pilot at Carlsbad, Calif.-based Jet Source.

Southeast Turbines promoted Jason Messina to the position of manager of technical service of the company’s FAA-certified turbine engine repair facility at Fort Lauderdale Executive Airport.

Jon Tonko has been named line service manager at Fort Lauderdale-based Banyan Air Service.

Jose Abreu has been named director of Miami-Dade County’s aviation department.

Brendon Docherty established Docherty Aviation to assist corporations and individuals with business aircraft transactions and strategic planning.

Chantilly Air added four pilots–Chris Buckland, Eddie Fernandez, Jason McMahon and Mike McCoy–to its growing team.
