NBAA senior v-p of operations Bob Blouin resigned for certain at the end of last month. He had announced in March that he would resign, but returned two days later when former NBAA president and CEO Shelley Longmuir left the association. This time, Blouin’s resignation comes less than three weeks after Ed Bolen was named the association’s new president and CEO. Blouin told AIN that his decision to leave “really comes down to expanding my professional experience, and to being able to face some new and exciting challenges and opportunities.” He was with NBAA for seven years and was known to have been among those being considered for the top slot. Jay Evans, NBAA director of operations, will serve as acting v-p of operations.
