The FAA also awarded Raytheon Aircraft Services the agency’s highest award for maintenance excellence. In addition to the service centers’ recognition, 278 employees each earned the recognition of an FAA award.
“Every one of our facilities is dedicated to training excellence. That’s clear when you look at some of our service centers and see 70 and 80 percent of the employees earning awards,” said Skip Madsen, vice president of operations for Raytheon Aircraft Services. “Last year, we set out with the goal of having each facility earn a Diamond Award. Our employees made it happen.”
