Innotech Aviation Gets Macau Airworthiness Approval

Macau, a special administrative region of the People’s Republic of China, has awarded Innotech Aviation MAR-145 maintenance organization status.

Innotech’s MAR-145 approval includes base and line maintenance for the Bombardier Challenger 601, Honeywell GTCP-150 auxiliary power units (APUs), aircraft components and airframe structural repairs. The company already has such approvals from Transport Canada, he FAA, EASA and the Bermuda DCA.  Macau-based Challenger is currently undergoing major maintenance at Innotech’s Montreal facility.

Rob Brooks, Innotech vice president and general manager, said, “The Macau approval complements our company’s strategy in providing service to the worldwide fleet of business jets. It enhances our influence in the Far East, which is important as that economy grows in strength.”

Innotech is an authorized service facility for the Challenger 600/601/604, Global Express, XRS and Global 5000, Raytheon Hawker 800, GE CF-34, Honeywell 731 and HTF7000 engines and GTCP 30 and 36 series APUs.
