FBO Manager software has been recertified to honor ExxonMobil credit cards. Since August 2000, ExxonMobil card customers used traditional phone lines for their transactions. The new system supports all the cards’ features, including the company’s new Pilots Rewards Plus loyalty program. Todd Dolphin, director of customer service at Avitat Westchester in White Plains, N.Y., said, “I cannot imagine how we ever got by using the traditional [point of sale] machine.”
The FBO Manager software package provides FBOs with accounting, contract fuel processing and other interfaces. FBO Manager reports it has processed an estimated 2.5 million credit-card transactions in the past three years. The software also recognizes cards from Avfuel, ChevronTexaco, ConocoPhillips, Multi Service and Shell, with Air BP certification expected by the first of this month.
