Keystone selling off Flight Services

Keystone Helicopter in West Chester, Pa., reached an agreement with Seacor Holdings to sell its Flight Services Division, a 35-aircraft fleet dedicated to air-medical operations at various bases throughout the Eastern U.S. and Puerto Rico. Seacor, based in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., is a multibillion-dollar company with diversified businesses, including ERA Helicopters.
