ITP of Spain designated PWC overhaul facility

Pratt & Whitney Canada (P&WC) has appointed Industria de Turbo Propulsores S.A. (ITP) of Spain as a designated overhaul facility for selected PW200 turboshafts.
Maria Della Posta, v-p of customer support at P&WC, said, “ITP will provide support for operators in Spain while offering all PW200 operators a greater choice of repair and overhaul services.”
ITP has been a long-time maintenance service provider for many engine manufacturers around the world and has been providing PT6T support for the Spanish military. “Under our latest agreement with P&WC, 100 percent of ITP’s maintenance/repair and overhaul for the PW200 will be performed in Spain,” noted Jorge Lluch, commercial director of ITP.
