Gulstream Aerospace acquires Weco

Gulfstream Aerospace has completed the acquisition of Weco Aerospace Systems, a privately held aviation-component overhaul company specializing in electrical, electronic accessories and flight instrument services.
WECO is an FAA Part 145 and EASA repair station with Class 1, 2 and 3 accessory and Class 1, 2, 3 and 4 instrument ratings. The company supports the corporate, helicopter, airline and military aircraft industries from locations in Lincoln and Burbank, Calif. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
