Cezar Lima, Embraer’s senior manager for fleet maintenance support, received the Overhaul & Maintenance Award for his outstanding achievement in aviation maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO). The award, sponsored by Overhaul & Maintenance magazine, is presented annually in recognition of those professionals in the aviation industry who have been dedicated to improving the efficiency, reliability and the safety of their companies’ MRO operation.

“We selected Cezar for the award because of his tireless dedication to decreasing customers’ aircraft downtime and operational costs including the maintenance cost workshop he created to bring Embraer operators and engineers together to improve reliability and reduce expenditures,” said Frank Jackman, editorial director for Overhaul & Maintenance.
