Major maintenance provider Duncan Aviation, known for its “we’re all family” approach to management, has announced 12 recipients of the 2007 Duncan Aviation Scholarship program.

The recipients have at least one parent who is a full-time Duncan Aviation employee, and each will receive $2,000 a year for up to four years of continuous enrollment at an accredited two- or four-year college or post-secondary vocational school. The money can be applied toward tuition, fees, books or room and board.

Recipients were chosen by an independent selection committee who reviewed their grade point averages, ACT scores, class ranking, citizenship, activities, leadership skills and career goals. This year’s winners were Joshua Bennett, Samantha Brandt, Scott Brugman, Bryce Danz, Nicole Davis, Nick Fernandez, Sadie Massey, Bethany Mertens, Catherine Pope, Elizabeth Porter, Steven Svoboda and Jessica Zetah.
