Hawker Beechcraft has chosen InterGlobe General Aviation to provide sales and service support for its aircraft in India. The company will be Hawker Beechcraft’s exclusive representative for the Hawker 400XP; the Hawker 125 series, including the Hawker 750, Hawker 850XP and Hawker 900XP; and Hawker 4000. The company’s territory includes India, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Maldives and Myanmar.

“Hawker Beechcraft has historically held about 60-percent market share of turbine business aircraft in the Indian market,” said Jim Schuster, Hawker Beechcraft chairman and CEO. “We wanted to be partnered with the right people in India who share our customer-focused values and have the right presence, access and capital to help us expand our footprint and [increase] our market share. As the interest in general aviation continues to accelerate, we are also committed to growth in the region. We have found exactly the right partners in InterGlobe.”
