Hawker Beechcraft To Expand Facilities

Hawker Beechcraft plans to invest $14 million in its aircraft maintenance and service facility at Indianapolis International Airport, the company said. Additional facilities will include a 6,500-sq-ft terminal, a 40,000-sq-ft service hangar and 20,000 sq ft of back shops and administrative offices. The Indianapolis facility is the first of seven planned service facility expansions, although a spokesman said the company has not yet finalized plans for the additional expansions.
