Arcadia Aviation, which is developing corporate aviation hangar facilities at Eastern West Virginia Regional Airport (MRB) in Martinsburg, W.Va., has acquired the assets of Woodstock Aircraft Services at the Sullivan County International Airport (MSV) in Monticello, N.Y. Like Martinsburg, Arcadia will continue to provide all ground-support services for aircraft owners at MSV while improving the airport’s capacity to cater to corporate and private aircraft. Woodstock was the sole FBO at MSV, which is 61 miles northwest of Teterboro (N.J.) Airport and offers a 6,300-foot runway with an ILS approach. Arcadia is developing a $25 million, 200,000-sq-ft corporate hangar and office complex that will ultimately include eight 20,000-sq-ft hangars, each with 3,600 sq ft of attached offices at MRB. The Sullivan County acquisition extends a program that began two years ago with Arcadia’s investment in new corporate hangar facilities at MRB, which is 37 miles from Washington Dulles International Airport and is intended to serve the Washington and Baltimore markets.
