The National Air Transportation Association (NATA) and the Professional Aviation Maintenance Association (PAMA) have sold their interests in the annual Aviation Services and Suppliers SuperShow, known as AS3, to Cygnus Business Media. The buyer is a diversified holding company that publishes trade magazines, including those for FBOs and maintenance technicians, and operates other trade shows. In fact, the AS3 show will now run concurrent with another of Cygnus’ properties, the GSE (ground support equipment) International Expo. The dates for next year’s combined show remain the same (May 13 to 15) but the venue has changed from Charlotte, N.C., to Las Vegas.
