Raytheon will consider matching lowest parts price

If a Beechcraft or Hawker customer identifies the “exact same part at a much lower price elsewhere,” Raytheon Aircraft will “make every effort to lower the price,” according to a parts-price review form now posted on the company’s Web site. The company will respond with a “price rationale.” Raytheon Aircraft “may not be able to match every price exactly,” said v-p of customer support Ed Dolanski, “but our price, combined with this [online parts-price review] service, will offer the customer the greatest value.”
