Completions and Refurbishments: Texas Aviation and Sierra Aeronautics eye Brazilian market

Texas Aviation Services in Fort Worth has teamed with Brazilian aviation consultant Sierra Aeronautica of São Paulo for the completion and importation of executive, emergency medical service and utility helicopters into Brazil. The agreement includes the completion by Texas Aviation of eight executive-configured helicopters for Brazilian customers, including an AgustaWestland A109 and AW139 and a Eurocopter EC 155.  Texas Aviation was inspected and issued Brazilian certification in December. With the cooperation of the Brazilian Agência Nacional De Aviação Civil (ANAC), the helicopters are to be delivered already certified and registered with the ANAC and flight-ready.
