Maintenance News: Aerocentro honored at twin commander symposium

Aerocentro de Servicios, of Caracas, Venezuela, has been named Twin Commander Service Center of the year for 2007.

The award was presented to Aerocentro general manager Luis Nunez at the annual Twin Commander Service Center Symposium held at Roche Harbor Resort on San Juan Island, Wash. The company is one of 22 Twin Commander factory-authorized service centers worldwide.

The symposium brings together factory officials and service center managers, maintenance chiefs and technicians to evaluate new product needs, parts inventory and pricing, and technical and service issues affecting the worldwide Twin Commander fleet.

Founded in 1980, Aerocentro is an authorized Honeywell TPE331 major service center, offers airplane and helicopter maintenance, sales, support, flight operations, a paint shop and refurbishment.
