Touching Bases: Sunborne set to build FBO?

SunBorne broke ground on a 36,000-sq-ft office and hangar facility on the company’s 125-acre Centennial InterPort property at Centennial Airport near Denver. SunBorne has applied to operate an FBO at the facility but might lease it to another company for aviation uses. This development should be done in the first quarter of next year. SunBorne has also applied to build three other new facilities at the InterPort, with a total of 53,000 sq ft of hangar and office space.
