Preliminary Report: Metro lost at sea

Swearingen SA-227AC Metro III, Bundeena, Australia, April 9, 2008–The Avtex Air Services Metro cargo flight crashed into the sea after the pilot reported having a minor technical problem. The airplane had turned on departure contrary to ATC instruction.
