Preliminary Report: Pilot's door pops open

Hawker Beechcraft Beech 99, Bakersfield, Calif., July 9, 2008–The pilot’s door of the Amflight Beech 99 opened while the airplane was flying at 11,000 feet. The pilot declared an emergency, diverted to Bakersfield and landed without incident or injuries.
