Galaxy adds Steamboat FBO

Galaxy Aviation has added a sixth FBO to its roster, with the purchase of Spectrum Jet Center at Yampa Valley Regional Airport in Hayden, Colo. The airport has a 10,000-foot runway and “is the only field serving Steamboat Springs that is capable of accommodating the largest GA aircraft,” according to Galaxy. Galaxy’s other locations are in Florida, and the Yampa acquisition marks the company’s first foray outside the Southeastern U.S.
