Eclipse changes phone support hours

Eclipse Aviation has altered the office hours for customers to speak with customer care, technical services and maintenance scheduling representatives from 24/7 to 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday. The new hours took effect on November 24. According to Eclipse, it implemented the change to improve efficiency and “to be more in line with demand.” Eclipse 500 owners and operators who need to reach an Eclipse representative outside those hours will be able to leave a message on the voice-mail system and will receive a call back during normal hours. For customers with more serious problems, the voice message will provide a separate number “for customers who have an urgent AOG situation and need immediate technical support.”
